Thank you for your interest in hosting a special event inside the city limits of Texarkana, Texas. Before you get started with the application, here are a few reminders to help with the online process:
1.) Once the online link is clicked, the page will redirect to a third party site used by the City to manage the application process.
2.) By creating an account, this will make it easy to save your information and revisit the application at a later time. To create an account, click the "Visitor Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the page. Otherwise, a break in submission will not allow you to revisit the pages you have already completed.
3.) Your application will not be processed if payment is not made at the time of submission.
4.) Once submitted, the application will be forwarded to the Safety Review Committee. A staff member may contact you to discuss details of your application.
5.) Once your application is approved, the City Secretary's office will contact you to let you know the permit is ready.
